Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Davis Room,
Swallowfield Village Hall
9th May 2013, 7.30pm Prompt.
Please accept this letter as notice and invitation to the above meeting on the time, date and location shown. Please find enclosed the agenda for the forthcoming meeting along with the minutes from the 2012 AGM.
Match schedules will be available at the AGM or on the website to download after the meeting.
Joining Fee (once only payment for Adult & Senior/Disabled)
Adult Membership - £50.00 pa
Disabled / Senior Citizens - over 65 years on 16th June 2013 - £30.00 pa
Colts - under 18 years on the 16th June 2013 - £5.00 pa
Family - provided one full adult member has joined - £10.00 pa
Annual membership normally runs from May to May of the following year. Renewals are normally taken at the AGM in May of every year, however if you wish to renew your membership by post, please send your payments to the membership secretary at the address below. If you are an existing member and are just renewing for the coming season, a completed membership form is NOT required. If the payment for membership is by cheque and the account holder is NOT the member, please write the members name on the back of the cheque. Please note the increase in senior membership for the coming season.
